Terms of Service

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between WiBa GmbH ("WiBa") and its customers. By placing an order or enquiry with WiBa, the customer agrees to these terms.

Deviating conditions of the customer are not accepted unless WiBa has explicitly agreed to them in writing.

All quotes from WiBa are non-binding and subject to change. An order is only binding when confirmed by WiBa in writing.

WiBa reserves the right to decline orders without giving a reason.

Delivery times stated are approximate and non-binding. WiBa will make every effort to meet stated delivery times. Force majeure, transport delays, and circumstances beyond our control may extend delivery times.

Risk of loss passes to the customer when the goods are handed over to the carrier.

All prices are quoted in EUR exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

In case of late payment, WiBa reserves the right to charge statutory default interest.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Hannover, Germany, provided the customer is a merchant, legal entity under public law, or a public special fund.
